Our recruitment and selection team has significant experience within the industry. Team members have proven skills in all facets of recruitment and staff allocating including: interviewing, selection, reference checking and ability testing.
ICM will allocate a hire manager to each client to co-ordinate all aspects of the relationship. The manager’s responsibilities include liaising with the client nominated supervisor regarding all aspects of labour requirements, safety, administration and personnel issues relating to ICM’s workforce and its interaction with the client’s workforce.
All ICM personnel supplied to clients shall carry on them, all competency certificates/licenses in accordance with the relevant statutory requirements. In addition to this requirement, all relevant qualifications, certificates and training accreditations for personnel are maintained on file.
